2024 AGM

Annual Members are invited to attend this general meeting to vote on future WSC decisions.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 21 September 2024, after the scheduled Thor's Drop-in Session. The AGM will be located at the East Hotel in the Vinyl room from 1200 - 1500. 

Nominations are sought for the new Executive Committee comprising of the following positions: 

• President
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Ordinary members X 2

Eligibility criteria: 

• Only fully paid annual members are eligible for nominations to the committee and to vote at the AGM.
• Any nominations for the above positions should be received by the President at least 2 days before the AGM.
• Nomination form will be circulated 14 days prior to the AGM.

Notice of special resolution: 

• The model rules for the Women's Shed Canberra have been updated as per requirements of the ACT Incorporated Association Regulation 2023 and will be tabled at the AGM for resolution. The updated model rules will be circulated 14 days prior to the AGM highlighting the key changes. 
• Other ordinary Notices of Motion are to be received by 19 September 2024.

• Access to the previous AGM Minutes will be provided before the AGM.
• An Agenda will be released a week before the meeting date.
