Full fee annual members can vote at the AGM. Members are invited to attend and take on committee roles.

Do I need to register for drop in sessions?
"Yes you need to register.We kindly ask all members to please register for each drop-in session using the Women’s Shed website before attending."
Steps to Register
"1. Go to the Events page on the Women’s Shed website and register for the session.
2. When you arrive at the Shed, please mark yourself as “Attended” on the iPad.
3. You can make a small contrinution of $5 using the donation button. Some of our members are very happy to pay."
Why did you join WSC?:
“ To learn new skills, be in a supportive environment, to learn competency in the use of power tools and skills to maintain and improve my family home. Learn to be able to build lots of different things. ”
Why did you join WSC?:
“ To know how to use a drill properly - which drill bits for which size screws, when to use plugs and how to use them etc. How best to drill into brick, plasterboard etc. I also have some stools I would like to preserve by refurbishing them ”

Yes, we offer membership subscriptions that provides access to regular Drop-in Sessions (cost $5) and some exclusive events. Alternatively, we also have pay-per-workshop ticket options for those who prefer to attend as guests.
- Term Membership [Feb to Jun or Jul to Dec] priced at $80
- Annual Membership [Feb to Jan] priced at $120.
- Subscription [Monthly] priced at $35.
There are no prerequisites or referrals needed to become a member; our Shed is open to all women 18+ who are eager to learn and connect with a supportive community.
