R2: Power Tools 101

Participants will gain an understanding of basic power tools as well as essential skills like accurate measurement and precise cutting. These skills will be taught in the context of a practical project to enhance understanding and engagement. • Understand basic power tools, including drills, drivers, circular saws, and reciprocating saws. • Learn how to use each tool properly and safely. • Develop skills in accurate measurement and precise cutting. • Gain hands-on experience through a practical project: building a small planter from pallet wood.
